As a new customer, we’re confident you’ll love your Primal Pharm supplements. However, if the product doesn't perform for you, we will give you your money back and let you keep the bottle. Meaning, if you order any of our vitamins or supplements, and don’t like them, keep them!

Notify our team, telling us why it wasn't a fit for you, and we’ll get you a refund right there on the spot - no return necessary.

We just ask that you try it out for at least two weeks to give it a fair shot.

Our First Time™ Money Back Guarantee is valid for the first-time purchase of a formula, and redeemable up to thirty days (30 days) after the purchase date.

Multiple bottles, subscriptions, sale items, and apparel do not fall under this guarantee, however, they may be applicable for return. Fitness equipment, personal care products, knowledge purchases, digital products, are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Policy

We strongly believe in our products and want every returning customer to leave satisfied, so if something’s not exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Applicable items purchased on primalpharm.com can be returned within 30-days of the initial purchase date.

Returning supplements must be at least half full of the pill count or product net weight to qualify for a full product refund. Anything less may qualify for store credit at Primal Pharm’s discretion when received.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

**Primal Pharm Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the final refund.

Apparel Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If the product you receive doesn’t fit as expected, we've got your back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Since stock can vary, we suggest returning your item for a refund and re-ordering the desired replacement piece right away, to ensure we have exactly what you're looking for.

**Apparel not returned in the aforementioned condition is subject to restock fees that will be deducted at the point of refund or will negate the exchange opportunity.

Received a flawed item? We’re happy to replace it! Please contact help@primalpharm.com with images of the arrival condition to begin.

Please contact customer service prior to returning any goods for a refund or exchange. This will keep things quick and efficient.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if meets the return or refund criteria mentioned above to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
