Shipping policy

Most orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped out of our warehouse usually the next business day.

Primal Pharm reserves the right to choose its own preferred carrier depending on various factors including, but not limited to, carrier's historical performance, carrier's costs, and the carrier's ability to deliver to your address in a timely matter. Primal Pharm does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times.

As soon as your order is prepared for shipment, expect a shipment confirmation email that will include carrier tracking details to the shipping address you provided. Primal Pharm will not allow adjustments to the final destination shipping address after an order is placed. Tracking information will update on the carrier's website once the package is scanned by the carrier, usually by 7:00pm PST. 

Our warehouse, as well as most major carriers, are closed on weekends and federal holidays, therefore we are unable to process orders during these times. Your order will continue processing the following business day.

Note: Processing and shipping time frames are counted in business days.

Flat Rate Shipping APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 Days in transit. 

Problems with Shipping

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Primal Pharm. Any issues with shipping related to lost or undelivered packages must be resolved by the customer directly with the carrier (extra charges may apply for address corrections, forwarding, or returning the shipment back to our warehouse).

It is possible tracking information may not be updated for several days until your package reaches your local carrier's sorting facility, transit location, or post office. In our experience, the major small parcel carriers (USPS, UPS and Fedex) provide equally reliable and expedient shipping services, although errors and delays do occur from time to time. These errors and delays caused by or as a result of the carriers are not the responsibility of Primal Pharm and must be resolved by contacting the carriers directly.

For orders that arrived damaged, have items missing, or is incorrect please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to submit a claim. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will ship out a replacement item at no additional cost to you. 

Due to the volume of orders Primal Pharm receives, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled. Please verify all order details are correct prior to placing your order.
